(1) If any thing needs to be corrected in the details registered according to rule 3, the owner of the composer, recording, presentation or broadcasting shall submit an application to the registrar stating the reason.

(2) Sub-rule ( 1) If it is necessary to correct the error while examining the application received as per 1), the registrar shall correct the details in the registration book and inform the applicant accordingly.
